Cancellation and Refund

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation and refund of subscriptions for The ClinicHealth's Hospital Management System (HMS) software ("Product") and related services ("Services"). By subscribing to our Product and Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

 

1. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Cancellation Request: You may cancel your subscription by submitting a cancellation request through our website or by contacting our support team at support@theclinichealth.com.
     

  • Notice Period: To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel within this notice period, your subscription will end at the start of the next billing cycle.
     

  • Immediate Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, access to the Product and Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining period.


2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once paid, subscription fees are not subject to refund, except as outlined in this Policy.
     

  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases where a refund may be warranted, such as a billing error or service failure, you may request a review of your refund request. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction date or service issue.
     

  • Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


3. Refunds for Upgrades

  • Tailored Packages: If you have upgraded to a tailored package or additional services, the fees associated with these upgrades are also non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


4. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

  • Cancellation Request: To request cancellation, please log in to your account on our website and follow the instructions for canceling your subscription, or contact our support team at support@theclinichealth.com.
     

  • Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@theclinichealth.com with details of your request, including your account information and the reason for the refund request.


5. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Product and Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
